What are the hand baggage limits in airplanes?

Airlines generally do not charge any extra fees for hand baggage. Hand baggage must be 55x40x23 cm in size and a maximum of 8 kg. Baggage exceeding the certain limit can be subject to extra charge. Almost all airlines have similar rules regarding hand baggage. For example, passengers traveling in Business Class have the right to 2 pieces of hand luggage, not exceeding 8 kg, while passengers traveling in Comfort Class and Economy Class fares have the right to carry 1 piece of 8 kg hand luggage.

Regardless of the flight class or card status, the items listed below are accepted as one piece of hand luggage and can be carried free of charge.

Men's/Women's handbag

Baby strollers

Tablet, laptop

Umbrellas(except sharply pointed umbrellas)

If baby strollers (main laps) do not fit in the seat on the plane, they are taken to the baggage section of the plane without charge.

Liquid rules in cabin baggage

The liquids you carry in the cabin can be carried in maximum 100 ml containers. You can carry all liquid containers in transparent bags not exceeding 1 liter with a size of 20x20 cm, with a zip attached to it. Each passenger has the right to carry only one of these bags. At the same time, your fluids are also checked on the x-ray device. There are exceptions regarding baby food and medicines in the rules of carrying liquids in cabin baggage. If you are traveling with a baby, it is permissible to carry enough liquid food for the duration of the flight.
